I’m happy to again be attending Ultimate Frisbee practice at Winona State again. It has been a while since I’ve had a great workout and enjoyed myself while doing it. These guys work and play hard and it shows. Practices are indoors for now, but ill move back outside in the Spring. Look forward to more on them in the future.
